COVID-19 Information and Returning Face To Face October 14th 2021

Classes are due to return face-to-face on the 14th October 2021, and will take place in Gaelcholáiste Choilm.

Parents will be informed of class times and room information by their childs' teacher.

All children returning face-to-face will be REQUIRED to fill in a COVID Declaration Form. It is imperative that children-

​

       1. Download and Print out the COVID Declaration Form

       2. Fill in the form fully

       3. Bring the completed form with them and present it to their teacher in their first class back in Coláiste Choilm.

*Students who do not bring the completed form with them to their first class WILL NOT be allowed in to class until the completed form is presented to their teacher*
